摘要
针对现有下运带式输送机盘式制动装置存在的基于精确数学模型的恒减速度控制方法难以奏效及制动过程对输送机冲击较大的缺陷,文中提出一种能够实现恒减速度精确控制、制动过程对输送机微冲击的下运带式输送机盘式制动装置,并对其进行了特性分析和动态测试试验研究。试验研究结果表明:该盘式制动装置可以实现下运带式输送机的恒减速、微冲击安全制动,避免安全事故的发生。
In view of the shortcomings that the disc brake of the existing downward belt conveyer is lnettective using the constant deceleration control method based on precision mathematical model and the brake process has large impact to the conveyer, the paper introduces a new disc brake device for downward belt conveyer with precise control of constant de- celeration and little impact to the conveyer during braking process, with the characteristic analysis and dynamic test study conducted. The test result shows that this disc brake can realize constant deceleration and micro-impact safety braking for the downward conveyer, hence to avoid any accident occurrence.
