摘要
应用微波消解,不经分离富集,用ICP-MS法直接测定了广东蔗区11种甘蔗中的16种痕量稀土元素。甘蔗中稀土元素含量较高的为89Y、139La、140Ce、146Nd,其它的稀土元素都在0.1 mg/kg以下,不同地区的不同品种甘蔗间有一定的差异性。稀土元素的检出限均小于1μg/kg,各元素测定的RSD(n=6)为1.26%~17.5%,样品加标回收率为96.3%~106.4%.
The determination method of 16 Rare Earth Elements(REEs) in 11 Sugarcane samples of Guangdong cane area by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS) with Microwave Digestion was developed. In these samples, the content of 89Y, 139La, 140Ce, 146Nd are in a higher level. The other REEs content are below 0.1 mg/kg. There are some differences in different Sugarcane samples. The detection limits of the 16 REEs were less than 1 μg/kg. The relative standard deviations for the REEs ranged from 1.26% to 17.5% and the recoveries of REEs ranged from 96.3% to 106.4%.
