摘要
考察了自制的植物基环保橡胶油(PBRO)对丁苯橡胶(SBR)混炼胶硫化特性及硫化胶物理机械性能、耐热空气老化性能、耐寒性的影响,对比研究了PBRO与石蜡油、环烷油、芳烃油和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)对SBR硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,橡胶油的加入促进了SBR混炼胶的交联,硫化速率加快,且有增塑效果;当橡胶油PBRO的用量为20份时,SBR硫化胶的综合性能较优;当分别添加等量橡胶油时,PBRO和DOP对SBR硫化胶的增塑效果较差,而芳烃油的增塑效果最好,添加PBRO的SBR硫化胶的耐热空气老化性能和热稳定性最好,但物理机械性能和耐寒性能较差,而添加芳烃油的SBR硫化胶的物理机械性能最优,添加石蜡油的SBR硫化胶的耐寒性能最优。
The effects of home-made plant-based and ecofriendly rubber oil (PBRO) on the cure characteristics of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) compounds and the mechanical properties,heat aging resistance and low temperature resistance of SBR vulcanizates were studied.The effects of PBRO,paraffin oil,naphthenic oil,aromatic oil and dioctyl phthalate (DOP) on the properties of SBR vulcanizates were compared.The results showed that the addition of rubber oils not only improved the crosslinking and curing rate of SBR compounds but also enhanced the plasticity of the compounds.When 20 phr PBPO was added,SBR vulcanizates had better allround properties.When all rubber oils were added respectively in the same amount,the plasticizing effect of PBRO and DOP on SBR vulcanizates was worse,but that of aromatic oil was the best.And the heat aging resistance and thermostability of SBR vulcanizates with PBRO were the best,but the mechanical properties and low temperature resistance were poor.The mechanical properties of SBR vulcanizates with aromatic oil and the low temperature resistance of SBR vulcanizates with paraffin oil were optimum.
