摘要
介绍了一种新一代高性能的高压IGBT的集成驱动器SCALE的工作原理、特性以及过流保护的特点 ,重点讨论了在实际应用中注意事项 。
A novel SCALE driver for high voltage IGBT is introduced in detail in this paper. Its characteristics is presented and analyzed.Some critical applications are discussed.At the end of the paper,the results of the experiment in application in HVIGBT are given.
