摘要
采用化学气相沉积法在Ti基上制备了金红石相TiO2纳米棒(A-TiO2 NRs),将其在低浓度的TiO2溶胶中浸泡后退火得到锐钛矿/金红石混合晶相TiO2核壳结构(A/R-TiO2 NRs).采用化学水浴沉积法在该结构表面修饰CdS纳米晶颗粒,得到CdS纳米晶粒修饰的锐钛矿/金红石混合晶相TiO2三元双异质结(CdS-A/R-TiO2 NRs)薄膜.将该纳米复合薄膜用做光催化剂在模拟太阳光照射下降解目标污染物甲基橙.实验结果表明,A/R-TiO2 NRs薄膜样品的光催化活性优于纯R-TiO2 NRs样品;而CdS-A/R-TiO2 NRs混合晶相双异质结薄膜的光催化活性有更显著的增强.
An approach has been developed for the synthesis of a CdS nanocrystalline modified anatase-/rutile-TiO2 core-shell nanorods(NRs) ternary double-heterostructure by chemical vapor deposition ,sol-gel and chemical bath deposition . The photocatalytic performance of the samples was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation methyl orange under simulated sunlight irradiation . The results demonstrate that mixture phase single-heterostructure has better photocatalytic performance than pure rutile TiO2 ,and CdS nanocrystalline modified mixture phase TiO2 ternary double-heterostructure film possesses significantly enhanced photocatalytic performance .
