摘要 为了更好地推广应用双调机组运行工况调节技术,介绍了大型泵站双调机组的技术特点,采用数值计算方法优化确定其运行工况调节方案,以实现运行节能。通过求装置效率特性曲线的最大极值点,获得给定的装置扬程下的最佳转速和最优叶片角度。结合操作可行性,拟定了不同装置扬程下双调机组的变速、调角运行方案。实例应用结果表明,双调机组运行工况调节技术简单有效,优化后双调机组具有可观的节能效果。 The doubly-adjustable pump unit in large pumping station is easily to adjust its operating condition. In order to wildly promote doubly adjusting technology, the technical characteristics of doubly-adjustable pump unit is introduced, and numerical methods are adopted to optimize the doubly adjusting program to achieve energy-efficient operation. By seeking the most extreme points of the device efficiency characteristic curves under a given device lift, optimal speed and blade angle are obtained. Considering the feasibility of operations, the operational program under different device lift is developed. The application results of engineering example show that the doubly adjusting technology is simple and effective with considerable energy savings.
