动态应变数据采集存储系统的设计

摘要 针对传统应变存储测试系统体积大、功耗大、灵敏度低、易受干扰等不足,采用现代存储测试技术,利用MSP430单片机的处理能力强、超低功耗、片内资源丰富等特点,结合模拟适配电路和其他外围存储模块,设计了一套应用于动态应变数据的采集存储系统,并进行了应变式传感器静态特性实验。实验表明该存储测试系统能快速精确的完成应变数据的采集、存储、显示工作,并能克服传统应变的存储测试系统的不足,具有较高的使用价值。 Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional strain storage and test systems, such as large volume, high power consumption, low sensitivity, susceptible to interference and so on, based on modem storage and test technology, a acquisition and storage system is designed tbr acquisition storage and display of dynamic strain data by applying SCM MSP430 with strong processing capability, ultra- low power consumption, rich on-chip resource, and combining analog adapter circuits and other periphera storage modules. The static characteristic experiments of a strain gauge sensor are done as the example. The experiment results show that the storage and test system can complete the collection, storage and display of strain data fast and precisely, overcome the disadvantages of traditional strain storage and test system, and have good practical value .
