摘要
文章分析了新疆高新技术产业开发的现状 ,提出了应利用当前国家经济战略调整的大好时机 ,发展新疆的市场经济 ,关键是抓好高新技术园区的建设 ;同时提出了发展新疆高新技术产业 8条具体措施 ,可作为政府部门有关决策参考。
From the analysis of the status quo of the development of hi tech industry in Xinjiang, it is pointed out that the golden chance of present adjustment of national economic policy should be used to well carry out the construction of hi tech zones first. In the mean time, eight concrete measures to develop hi tech in Xinjiang is put forth, which can be referred by the corresponding government departments in policy-making.
