摘要
根据量子力学路径积分的基本思想 ,研究了七重势垒量子阱结构的散射问题 ,严格导出了势垒的反射系数和透射系数表达式 ,由此可以得到共振隧道条件的解析关系式 。
The scatter problems of seven potential barriers quantum well structure are studied by means of the foundational idea of the path integral and of the probability amplitude superposion in quantum mechanics.The transmission coefficients and the reflection coefficients are strictly derived.Analytical expressions of the resonance conditions will be found based on the results.An alternative theoretical method of studying the tunnel effect of multi barriers quantum well structures is provided in this paper.
