摘要
研究发酵白酒糟生产饲料蛋白的工业化生产工艺技术 .主要研究原料处理、培养基制备、以及混菌比例和发酵的时间、温度、湿度、空间湿度、通气性等发酵条件的控制技术 ,从而获得最佳发酵工艺 .方法 :在现有固体发酵工艺的基础上优化改良 ,形成适宜于发酵白酒糟生产饲料蛋白的工业化生产工艺 .结果 :经本项工艺所得产品 ,具有精饲料功能的高蛋白生物活性饲料 ,它不仅有较高的粗蛋白 (2 7 5% ) ,而且有较高的纤维素酶、淀粉酶活性 ,同时又有较高的维生素含量和较全面平衡的氨基酸含量 。
The objective are research for technics conditions of ferment distille's grains to produce feeding protein,and supported on technics for industrialisation.Mostly include material manage and culture medium preparation and proportions of fungus,and the factor of time temperature wet and room humidity and aerate in ferment process.method:Base on solid ferment technical in existence and have some optimize and improve,formed ferment distille's grains to produce feeding protein technics for industrialisation.result:The manufacture as a kind of extractive feedingstuff,it was a high protein and biology exactly feeding.It's wide protein percent reached to 27.5%,and have upper fibrin enzyme and amylase,and upper vitamin content,and together with complete balanceable amino acid.It is a perfect feeding protein fill in proteide.
