双管电压和低深度碘对比剂冠状动脉CTA检查的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨双源CT采用SAFIRE迭代重建技术、100kVp管电压、低浓度碘对比剂威视派克(270mgI/mL)冠脉CTA检查的可行性.方法 连续搜集我院36例行冠脉CCTA检查者,扫描方案采用前瞻门控、轴扫,管电压100 kVp、对比剂为威视派克270 mgI/ml、剂量55~65 ml,自动毫安技术,SAFIER迭代重建(I26、streng3重建),测量主动脉及冠状动脉各节段CT值、对图像质量进行评分,记录每位患者所接受的辐射剂量并对测量结果进行统计学分析.结果 双源CT低管电压(100 kVp)、低浓度碘对比剂(270mgI/mL)冠脉CTA扫描方案满足临床诊断要求,主动脉及冠状动脉CTA图像质量评分均为3分及以上.患者接受的辐射剂量远低于常规冠脉CTA前门控(120 kVp)扫描方案,患者接受对比剂碘量远低于常规冠脉CTA.结论 双源CT低管电压、低碘对比剂冠脉CTA扫描方案不仅能满足临床诊断要求,还大幅度降低患者的辐射剂量及碘对比剂量. Objective To evaluate the feasibility of 100 kVp and 270 mgI/ml iodixanol on CCTA with dual- souce CT using SAFIRE reconstruction. Methods 36 patients underwent CCTA( BMI 20 - 30 kg / m2). using dual- souce CT with parameters as follow: 100 KV,270 mgI / mL iodixanol,volume 55 ~ 65 ml,automatic mA and SAFIRE reconstruction. Segmental vascular CT value,image quality and the radted by descriptive index was compared. Results Each segmental vascular CT value could meet clinical diagnostic needs. Image quality score of each segment is equal or more than three. The subjective assessment of image quality was pretty good. Both the radiation dose and iodixano volume was lower significantly than traditional CCTA. Conclusion Using dual- souce CT scanner and SAFIRE reconstruction. high quality images can be acquired by 100 kVp and 270mgI / mL iodixanol. Which meets the clinical needs.
