摘要
目的探讨分化型甲状腺癌的临床诊治特点。方法回顾性分析手术治疗的155例分化型甲状腺癌临床资料。结果所有病例标本均行术中快速冰冻切片及术后石蜡切片病理检查确诊,134例行患侧腺叶切除加峡部切除加患侧中央区淋巴结清扫术,21例行全甲状腺切除术加双侧中央区淋巴结清扫术,16例行颈淋巴结清扫,手术均获成功。结论外科手术是目前治疗甲状腺癌的首选方法。
Objective To study the choice of the treatment ways for thyroid cancer surgery and its cl inical effect. Methods Inicopatho logicdata of 155 patients with thyroid carc inoma treated were retrospective anaIyzed. Results The patients with thyroid cancer l55 cases,,21 routinethyroid total resection with or not side with cervical and dissections or bilateral cervical and dissections,134received subtotal thyroidectomy is with or not side with cervical and dissecions or bilateral cervical and dissections.
