新诊断2型糖尿病患者体重指数与血脂的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者体重指数(BMI)与血脂的关系。方法纳入2012年6月至2013年6月就诊于内蒙古自治区人民医院门诊及住院新诊断2型糖尿病患者266例,对其临床资料进行统计学分析,根据体重指数(BMI)分为体重正常组、超重组和肥胖组。结果肥胖组患者的血脂代谢异常发病率明显高于超重及正常组患者,且血脂代谢异常较超重及正常者严重。结论随体重指数升高,血脂异常程度呈正相关。 Objective To explore the characteristics of the weight and blood lipids spectrum in the patients with newly diagnosistype 2 diabetes. Methods 266 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM) patients as the research subjects,and patientswere divided into normal weight,overweight and obese group according to the body mass index( BMI),betweenwhich the characteristics of the blood fat spectrum are compared. Results Compared with the normal group,the abnormal rate of the dyslipidemia is higher in obesity group. Conclusion The dyslipidemia correlated with the increase of the weight.
