摘要
通过对山东某高校1250名四个年级的在校本科生进行的调查,重点分析了大学生对职业生涯规划的认识程度、参与程度、职业生涯规划意识发展程度以及与大学学业、专业、职业、就业及生活的结合程度,在此基础上,从生涯发展与教育的角度,构建以大学生职业发展教育的重要内容为载体、以实现途径为前提、以队伍建设为突破、以工作体制为保障的大学生职业发展教育本土化研究与实践的有效机制进行了探索,对大学生个体的毕生发展和全面发展指导有积极意义,对高校人才培养具有一定的价值。
By way of one investigation of 1250 graduate students from four grades in a university in Shandong Province, college students" identification and participation in career development planning, the development of their career development planning consciousness, as well as their combination of education, major, occupation, career and life are analyzed. Then from a perspective of career development and education, an effective mechanism on college students" career development educational localization is explored, which has the vital contents of college students" career development education as a carrier, the realization approach as a precondition, the team construc- tion as a breakthrough, the working system as a guarantee.
