医学生就业愿景存在的问题及对策——以泰山医学院为例

Problems in Medical Students' Employment Desire and The Countermeasures——Taishan Medical College as an Example

医学生就业愿景与医学生就业率有着直接的关系。文章通过问卷调查、统计分析等途径,对近5年泰山医学院医学生就业愿景、就业状况成因进行了分析研究,分析了当前医学生就业愿景存在的问题及成因并提出了对策。

There is a direct link between medical students employment desire and their employment rate. Based on the questionnaires and statistics analysis method, the medical students＇ employment desire and the causes for their employment situation in Taishan Medical College these five years are analyzed, and thus the problems of their employment desire and the corresponding countermeasures have been explored.
