高等职业教育产业化发展问题与对策研究

我国高等职业教育产业化取得一定成就,但也存在诸如盲目扩张、教育经费投入不足、产业运行效率低下以及"泛职业化"等问题。高等职业教育产业化发展要实现健康良性发展,需要构建多元投资体系,建立科学合理的培养成本分担与补偿机制,以区域经济发展与产业结构调整为导向优化专业布局,要提升内部资源效率和充分发挥自身规模效应,要实现我国高职教育国际化发展。

There are some apparent accomplishment in the higher vocational education industrialization devel- opment, whereas some problems such as the blind expandirp, the shortage in the capital input, and the low efficiency in the industrial operation evoke people＇s attention. Higher vocational education industrialization health de- velopment, demands a multidimensional invest system, a scientific and rational educational cost sharing and complement system. The optimization of layout on the basis of regional economic development and industrial layout ad- just, and on the base of improving the internal resource efficiency and fulfilling the self effects can realize the higher vocational education＇s international development.
