Interventional Planning and Organization of Urban Rail Transit Construction and Operation

城市轨道交通前期工程建设对后期线路运营影响非常大,运营单位提前介入对工程建设极为重要。通过分析运营介入存在的问题,从组织机构、工作机制、工作计划等方面研究运营介入策划思路,并提出工程建设各阶段运营介入的组织工作方式与内容,以及介入过程中问题收集与处理的方法,为轨道交通单位做好运营介入工作提供参考。

Currently, the influence of prophase construction of urban rail transit on later operation is very large, so early intervention of the operating companies is important for the engineering. Through analyzing the problems in inter- ventional operation, the interventional planning ideas are studied from organization, working mechanism and working plan,the interventionaloperation, boththe method and content at different stages of construction, the method of col- lecting and processingproblems are put forward. This research will provide a reference for rail transitcompanies to prepare their operator intervention.
