Efficient Connection between Commercial and Residential Buildings at Ma On Shan Station of Hong Kong Subway

香港地铁在设计与建设中,不仅以人为本,最大限度地方便市民的出行和生活,而且充分利用市场化理念,既注意地铁与商业建筑的连接,又注意地铁与居住建筑的连接。以香港地铁马鞍山车站为例,分析了地铁车站与商业建筑以及居住建筑连接的各种方式。城市轨道交通要真正做到以人为本,就需要城市规划部门、市政建设部门、地铁公司、房地产开发公司等多方面的合作,注重城市轨道交通车站出入口与商业建筑和居住建筑的有机连接。

In addition to the people-oriented strategy, the design and construction of Hong Kong subway system spe- cially focuses on the travel convenience of residents near by the subway, which fully employs the market conception to connect not only the subway with commercial buildings,but also the subway with residential buildings. Based on a sys- temic analysis of the efficient connection between commercial and residential buildings at Ma On Shah station of Hong Kongsubway, the cooperation of the municipal planning department, construction department, metro company and real estate development company, and also the organic connection between commercial and residential buildings at metro entrances are emphasized.
