Integral Energy-saving Strategy in Metro Environmental Control System

摘要 根据地铁环控系统的能耗特点,提出一种环境整体节能控制策略。通过主机群控、变频调速、恒温室变风量控制、变压差变流量控制、变温差的模糊控制等方法实现环控系统的整体节能控制。相对于常规的PID(比例-积分-微分)控制策略,仿真结果表明该策略具有更好的系统鲁棒性。该策略在深圳地铁1号线的节能改造工程中得到应用,实现年综合节电率约30%,节能效果显著。 According to the characteristicsof energy con- sumption in metro environmental control system, an inte- gral energy-saving control strategy is proposed. Mainly through thegroup control of host machine, frequency con- trol of motor speed, variable air volume controlin constant greenhouse,variable pressure difference and variable flow control, as well as the variable temperature fuzzy control method, this strategywill achieve the integral energy-saving in metro environmental control system. Compared with the conventional PID control strategy, the simulation results show that the integral energy-saving control strategy has better system robustness, therefore has been applied in the energy-saving renovation project of Shenzhen metro Line l,the yearly integrated power saving rate is about 30%, which has achieved good economic benefits and remark- ableenergy-saving effect.
