摘要
为了研究干热处理对葫芦砧木种子发芽及子叶生长的影响,以葫芦种子为材料,对干热处理后的种子进行发芽率和正常苗率的测定。结果表明:葫芦种子Y1、Y3、Y5干热处理2周后发芽率均能达到85%,幼苗子叶畸形率低于30%。带有黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒的葫芦种子经过干热处理后幼苗真叶病毒检测为阴性。干热处理能有效失活葫芦种子上携带的黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒,并且种子的活力基本不受影响。
Seed germination and cotyledon growth of Lagenaria rootstock were evaluated to explore the effects of dry heat treatment on seed quality.The result indicated that after 2 weeks of Y1,Y3,Y5 dry heat treatments the Lagenaria seed had up to 85% germination and less than 30% abnormal seedlings.Elisa detection showed negative results in true leaf of the seedlings from seed treated with dry heat.Therefore,dry heat treatment can effectively eliminate CGMMV virus in Lagenaria seed without significant damage to seed viability.
