摘要
新时期加强高校学生党建工作是培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的需要,是保持党的先进性、加强党的执政能力建设的需要,是构建和谐校园、构建和谐社会的需要。在新的历史条件下,重视并加强高校学生党员队伍建设工作不仅关系着党和国家的命运和前途,也是我国高等院校的重要任务,更是促进大学生党员全面发展的客观要求。
In the new period, strengthening the university students＇ communist-party- aptitude educating project is to cultivate qualified constructors and reliable successors upon our socialist construction requirements. We aim to maintain the progressiveness of the party, deepen our ruling ability and management effectiveness so as to build up a harmonious society. In the new historical condi- tions, it＇ s important to pay more attention to university students＇ Party member troop construction, which is an important work for uni- versities.
