摘要
作为一种心理干预方法,拓展训练在心理健康教育中被重视。拓展训练以一种体验式的学习方式,让个体在活动参与中认识信任,体会合作。通过信任、合作、分享和任务的达成,提高心理素质,完善个性品质。对拓展训练发展历史和心理过程的分析发现,拓展训练的实质是提高信任与合作水平,促进人们心理的健康成长。
Outward bound is an effective psychological intervention method in the field of mental health education. It is an experi- ential learning in psychotherapy through the personal experience to understand trust and cooperation in the activities. To promote will- power, self-confidence, team spirit etc. the formation of good personality traits through trust, cooperation, sharing and tasks fulfill- ment. In this paper, we review the history of the outward bound development and explaining psychological process, and report that in- creasing the level of trust and cooperation can promote the development of mental health.
