An Algorithm Research on Parallel Test Task Scheduling

介绍一种基于并行测试完成时间极限定理分析和设计的TS-TL（task scheduler based on UUTs model and limit theorem of parallel test finish time）算法。该算法运用极限定理确定了并行完成所有任务的最短时间，与传统的串行测试和TS-T算法相比，有效缩短了测试时间，提高了测试效率，为实际测量过程提供了理论依据。

This Paper introduces the TS-TL algorithm which is analyzed and designed on the basis of the limit theorem of parallel test finish time. Using the limit theorem the algorithm fixes the minimum time to complete all the parallel tasks. Compared with traditional serial testing and TS-T algorithm, this algorithm shortens the testing time effectively and enhances the test efficiency. It provides the theoretical basis for actual measurement.
