摘要
为精确测量频率控制器件的相位噪声，文章简单介绍了相位噪声的定义，详细介绍了附加相位噪声的测试过程，给出了实际的测试结果，指出了附加相位噪声测试过程中的一些注意事项，希望对附加相位噪声测试人员有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to exactly measure the additional phase noise of frequency control device, the paper briefly introduces the definition of phase noise firstly, and then introduces in detail the test procedures of additional phase noise. The test result is given at last. Some attentive items in testing process for additional phase noise are given to provide good references for testers in charge of measurement of additional phase noise.
