采油厂修井作业物资精益生产体系的建立和运行

Establishment and Operation of Excellent Production Management System in the Workover Operation of Oil Production Plants

摘要 在油田开发建设中,修井作业是原油生产周期的重要保障。通过运用潜在失效模式与后果分析失效模式对生产周期小于400d的1 116井次油井进行分析,发现抽油杆、油管失效比例占作业井次的53.1%,将其作为重点质量改进方向。在建立精益生产体系过程中,创新性地对油管修复线节拍时间、安全库存量等进行了计算,探索出修复线每日8h修复4 000m的节拍时间7.2s,Φ62mm和Φ76mm的安全库存是400根和300根。 In the development of oilfields, the workover operation is the important guarantee to oil production cycle. Through the analysis of 1 116 well-times with the production cycle less than 400 d by using potential failure mode and consequence analysis fail- ure mode, it is found that suck rod failure and tubing failure account for 53.1% of 1 116 well-times. So the failure of suck rod and tubing is as the direction of improving work. In the establishment of excellent production management system, the repair time and the safety stock of tubing are calculated. It is shown that the time repairing of one tubing is 7.2 s if repairing 4 000 m in 8 h of a day in one repairing line, and the safety stock of tubing is 400 of Ф62mm and 300 of Ф76mm.
