稠油井掺水计量稳控措施的改进与应用 被引量:1

摘要 油田稠油掺水降黏生产工艺是目前各油田普遍采用的稠油冷采主要工艺,但由于受掺水压力波动、调控阀门及水表计量准确度等综合因素影响,油井掺水量计量误差大,掺水修正系数波动大,无法准确核实油井产量,给油井生产管理和措施制定带来难度。为解决上述问题,提出了改进稠油井掺水计量稳控措施,介绍了实施原理、现场应用情况以及应用中应注意的问题,并对综合效益进行了分析。实践表明,该项技改措施实施简便,操作简单,掺水量稳控效果好,计量准确度高,性价比高,能有效降低油田稠油油井计量误差,具有良好的推广应用价值。 The adding water decreasing viscosity technology is main heavy oil production technology popularly adopted in oilfields. But the metering error of the added water and the fluctuation of watering correction coefficient are great due to the comprehensive in- fluence of different factors such as the water pressure fluctuation, the regulating valves and water metering accuracy, etc., which brings difficulties to the production management and measures tbmmlation of oil wells. To solve the above mentioned problem, the improvement of stabilizing measures of adding water metering to heavy oil wells is proposed, and the implementation principle, the field application, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the field application are introduced, and the comprehensive benefit of the measures is analyzed. Practice shows that the improvement measures is simple to implement and easy to operate, it is ol good stabilizing adding water volume effect and high metering accuracy and performance-to-cost ratio, it can eflectively reduce the metering error of heavy oil wells, so it is of high value to promotion and application.
