颅内动脉瘤术中神经电生理联合监测的应用价值 被引量:11

摘要 颅内动脉瘤是一种致死率和致残率非常高的疾病,近年来,随着显微外科技术的普及和手术器械的不断更新,颅内动脉瘤的治愈率也明显提高,目前手术死亡率已低于2%,但仍存在较多术后并发症,如由于术中血管误夹、脑过度牵拉、小穿支血管损害、血管狭窄等因素所致脑组织缺血和损伤,术后可产生偏瘫等严重神经功能障碍[1]。
