分析了科技统计抽样模型的特点 ,设计了抽样方案 ,并对抽样返回数据进行回归估计与放大 ,较好地解决了科技统计中相关资料不全、花费时间较多的矛盾 ,实现了快速科技统计的目标。

Analysis is made on the characteristics of sampling models in the making of scientific statistics with designs made for the sampling and amplification and calculation done to the feedback statistics.The proposed designing method settles the problems of relevant material inavailability and too much time con- sumption in statistics making and helps to speed up the making process.
