The Extraction of Cytochrome C by AOT/isooctane Reverse Micelles

用 AOT/异辛烷反胶团溶液提取水溶液中的细胞色素 C。研究了 p H值、离子强度、相体积比、搅拌速度、AOT浓度等因素对提取率的影响。结果表明 ,通过调节 p H值、离子强度等工艺条件 ,可以使细胞色素 C的提取率达到 97% ,且不需加助提取剂。

The extraction of Cytochrome C by AOT/isooctane reverse micelles system is studied with dis- cussions made on the effects of p H value,saltconcentration of water phase,stir speed,AOT concentration and phase volume ratio on the extraction rate. Results show thatby adjusting the p H values and the ionic strength etc.,the extraction rate of Cytochnome C comes up to 1 0 0 % ,and the extraction does notneed any additional cosurfactants.
