摘要
通过引入组织效益函数、组织效益弹性 ,对组织的资源进行了鉴别 ;讨论如何优化组织资源 ,使组织效益得以提高 ;分析了弹性优化的特点 ;最后就资源优化的弹性临界点进行了探讨。
The function and elasticity of organizational effect are introduced to define organizational re- sources.Discussions are made on the ways to optimize organizational resources and improve organizational effect with analysis given to the characteristics of elastic optimization.Meanwhile,the critical pointfor the elastic optimization of organizational resources is under discussion.
