摘要
根据短时高过载精密滚珠丝杠副的载荷和工作特点,将赫兹点接触理论和弹塑性变形理论相结合,探讨了高承载工况下单螺母滚珠丝杠副弹塑性接触变形的理论计算方法,并基于ABAQUS软件建立了考虑各圈滚珠受力不均情况的丝杠副多滚珠非线性接触有限元分析模型,对丝杆副的接触应力和弹塑性接触变形情况进行了理论计算和有限元分析。结果表明,丝杆副的塑性变形量远小于弹性变形量。丝杠的弹塑性接触变形的有限元分析较好地印证了理论计算结果。
According to the load and the working characteristics of the precise balls crew pair under short-time overload,the theoretical calculation of the non-linear elastic-plastic contact deformation of the single-nut ball screw pair with overload is discussed by using the Hertz point contact theory and the elastic-plastic deformation theory. The finite element analysis model based on ABAQUS software is established considering the different force on balls in each circle. The theoretical calculation and the finite element analysis are made respectively for the contact stress and the elastic-plastic contact deformation of screw pairs. The results show that the contact plastic deformation is far less than the elastic deformation in the ball screw. By analyzing the real plastic deformation on the ball screw after bore over-load,the finite element analysis results verify the accuracy of the theoretical calculation.
