微乳提取补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的研究 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究用微乳提取补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。【方法】考察微乳处方,选取可以形成稳定、澄清、微乳区域较大的组方制备微乳;采用HPLC法测定微乳提取物中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。【结果】在拟定微乳处方中,微乳提取的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的总量高于乙醇提取物。【结论】较传统提取溶剂,微乳能有效地提高补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的提取率。 [Objective ] To study the extraction of psoralen and isopsoralen in fructus psoraleae by microemulsion. [ Methods ] To investigate the formulation of microemulsion, the formulations used in extraction were selected from microemulsions area determinate through mixture experiments. The contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in microemulsion extraction were determined by HPLC. [ Resuits ] Among the investigated microemulsions, the total contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in microemulsion extraction were higher than those in ethanol extraction. [ Conclusion ] Compared with traditional solvent, microemulsion could effectively improve the extraction rate of psoralen and isopsoralen in fructus psoraleae.
