摘要
用恒流充放电、SEM和X射线能谱(EDS)等方法研究在低温-35℃下铅炭负极的电化学行为。炭含量为1.5%的铅炭负极的5 h率首次放电比容量为14.16 mAh/g,较纯铅负极提高了39.69%,并具有较好的循环性能。铅炭负极在-35℃下荷电30 d后,以10 h率放电,容量保持率为84.77%,高于纯铅负极的64.61%。炭材料的加入,使放电态的PbSO4颗粒更均一,电极结构保持能力增强,并在活性物质颗粒表面形成微孔,减缓负极的不可逆硫酸盐化。
Electrochemical behavior of Pb-carbon(C) negative at low temperature - 35℃ was studied by galvanostatic charge-dis- charge, SEM and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS) methods. The initial specific discharge capacity of Pb-C negative with 1.5% carbon at 5 h rate was 14. 16 mAh/g,increased by 39. 69% compared with pure lead negative,had better cycle performance. After 30 d storage at -35℃, the capacity retention rate of Pb-C negative was 84. 77% at 10 h rate discharge, higher than pure lead negative(64. 61% ). Lead sulfate particles became more uniform as carbon materials added, the electrode structure enhancing ability was increased,it also could make some micropores in the surface of active material particles and inhibite the sulfation on negative.
