腔镜甲状腺手术中甲状旁腺的保护技巧 被引量：13

摘要 自Gagner等、Hüscher等完成首例腔镜甲状旁腺与甲状腺腺叶切除术后,腔镜技术应用于甲状腺及甲状旁腺疾病的外科治疗已有近20年。腔镜甲状腺手术深受年轻患者的青睐,尤其女性患者。腔镜甲状腺手术在国内较多应用于良性甲状腺结节及单侧甲状腺手术。但随着术者技术水平的不断提高及特殊器械的研发与应用,
