摘要 为了解决当前在线监测系统受到现场条件限制,检测点不易更改和扩充,在恶劣和危险环境难以推广等问题,提出了基于ZigBee技术的无线监测系统设计方法。对机电设备的振动信号进行采集、处理方法进行研究,为ZigBee网络降低了数据流量。在此基础上组建ZigBee网络,用于数据的传输并进行仿真实验,测试该系统可以有效的完成数据的采集和无线传榆,并及时的检测出设备的异常状态。 In order to solve the current online- monitoring systems which are limited by on-site conditions, and the monitoring points is not easy to change and expand in harsh environments, we proposed a method which based on ZigBee technology. We make a study of how to collect and process electromechanical vibration signal, that can reduces the data traffic for ZigBee network. On this basis, we formate ZigBee network for data transmission. And we simulate and test the system that the system can complete the data collection and wireless transmission effectively, and detect of an abnormal state of the device timely.
