摘要
在充分分析冷冻干燥机控制系统的组成与结构的基础上,设计PLC应用于冻干控制系统的解决方案。该方案经过硬件设计、软件编程与现场后续的模拟实验,证明方案可行,可靠性高,提升了冷冻干燥设备的自动化程度。
Researched thoroughly on composition and structure of the system of freeze dryer, we design on PLC which can be used into the solution for freeze control system. This solution is proved workable and have high reliability by hardware design, software programing and site follow-up simulation test. It also promote the level of automation of freeze-drying equipment.
