油气集输系统的解耦控制研究

摘要 这篇文章运用西南石油大学电气信息学院自主研发的油气集输系统,系统本身能够实现对油气集输控制的模拟。此系统主要由两条简单的单回路控制系统构成,其工作时只能让其中一条控制回路进行调节。为了实现在实际使用时两条控制回路都进行调节,采用对角矩阵解耦控制方法,设计一种能实现双回路控制系统各回路之间不相互影响的解耦控制器。最终通过对西门子S7-300型PLC编程实现对整套系统的解耦控制,在控制程序中嵌入解耦补偿装置后,系统在一定流量和压力范围内,能够实现两条控制支路的解耦控制。 This paper studies the School of Electrical Engineering and information self- developed telecommunications gas gathering and transportation system, the system itself is able to achieve the control of oil and gas gathering and transportation simulation. This system consists of two simple single-loop control system structure, its work can only make them a control loop to adjust. But oil and gas gathering and transportation control systems used in practice, there will be so that all control loops are adjusted. This paper designs a dual-loop control system is not mutual influence between loops decoupling controller. Ultimately through the S78-300 Siemens PLC programming to achieve decoupling control the entire system, embedded in the control program decoupling compensator device, this set of system flow and pressure in a certain range, enabling the solution of two control branches decoupling control.
