摘要 煤矿空压机系统与煤矿安全紧密相连。针对传统控制方式的不足,设计一种基于PLC和Intouch的空压机监控系统。详细介绍了系统的硬件结构,控制程序以及触摸屏和上位机人机界面的设计。实现了控制,保护,实时显示参数信息,远程通讯及监控的功能。有效降低煤矿的危险系数,提高了控制系统的自动化水平。 The mine air compressors system is closely related to the coal mine safety. For the disadvantage of traditional control mode, a design of automation control system of air compressors based on PLC and Intouch is introduced, which will achieve the functions of controlling, protection, displaying parameters in time and remote communication and monitoring. The paper gives a detailed explanation about the hardware structure, control program and the design of HMI (Human Machine Interface).The control system reduces dangerous coefficient in coal mine. At the same time, it improves the level of automation.
