Discussion of Patent Transformation of New Sieve Plate Ammonia Distillation Tower

文章通过对传统筛板蒸氨塔工艺技术特点进行了理论阐述,经与传统筛板蒸氨塔工艺从技术性、经济性对比的基础上,论证了新型筛板蒸氨塔与波纹管冷却器一体化设备技术在大型纯碱装置中使用冷母液工艺流程是完全可行的。

The process technology character of traditional sieve plate ammonia distillation tower was elaborated in theory. Based on the comparision of technology and economy of traditional sieve plate ammonia distillation twoer process, it was entirely feasible that the integration equipment technology of sieve plate ammonia distillation tower and bellows cooler used cold liquor process in a large soda unit.
