摘要
米粉干有着悠久的生产历史,深受人们的喜爱。但近年来,米粉干产品质量安全问题却屡屡发生,影响了米粉干在百姓心中的形象。文章首先明确了标准在产品质量法中的地位,指出制订米粉干标准的必要性,再提出利用标准提升米粉干产品质量的几点建议。
Dried rice noodles have a long production history,loved by the people.But in recent years,the quality and safety problems from rice noodles dry products have occurred frequently,affecting the status of the rice noodles in the people’s heart.This paper ifrstly clariifed the standard in the product quality law, and pointed out the necessity of rice noodles dry standard, then put forward several suggestions in improving product quality of dried rice noodles by standard.
