摘要
肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)不仅在细胞外基质的沉积,而且在肿瘤的生长、进展和转移中发挥重要作用。正常成纤维细胞、上皮细胞,内皮细胞和间质干细胞被认为是CAFs的主要来源。本文对CAFs的来源、分子机制和可能的潜在治疗靶作一综述。
Carcinoma-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) have not only been showed to play a crucial role in growth, progression and metastasis of tumors but also in the deposition of extracellular matrix (ECM). The normal fibroblasts, epithelial cells, endothelial cells and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are recognized as the main source of CAFs. This paper aims to review the recent advances at the origin of the CAFs and its molecular mechanisms and possibility as potential therapeutic targets.
