摘要
帕金森病是以运动障碍为主要表现的神经退行性疾病,药物治疗以缓解运动症状为核心。外科治疗始于立体定向技术的应用,以核团毁损术与脑深部电刺激术为主要术式。帕金森病外科治疗可以部分改善临床症状,但不能延缓疾病进展。目前基于神经营养因子及神经递质替代的基因治疗方法正在研究中,它可能是帕金森病治疗较有前景的治疗方案。该文就帕金森病脑深部电刺激术及基因治疗的研究进展予以综述。
Parkinson' s disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease and its main manifestation is movement disorders. The treatment of PD focuses on the improvement of motor symptoms. With the invention of stereotactic techniques, surgical technique for PD emerged and developed, especially the technique of derogation under stereotactic orientation and the technique of deep brain stimulation. Stereotactic intervention could partially improve patient' s symptoms ,but couldn't defered the progression of PD. Gene therapy with neurotrophic factors or neurotransmitter may be a potential treatment. This article reviews the progress of deep brain stimulation surgery and gene therapy of Parkinson' s disease.
