Construction and evaluation of hospital emergency management under the new health care reform situation

医院应急管理体系的系统建设是医院应急管理水平的重要体现,在目前社会大环境和新医改不断深化的形势下,对医院应急管理工作提出了新的更高的要求。本文主要分析了医院应急管理体系系统建设的迫切性和必要性,提出了医院应急管理体系系统建设的内容和评估的重要性,以及目前医院应急管理工作中存在的难点及应对的策略。

It is an important manifestation of hospital emergency management standards for systematic construction of the hospital＇ s emergency management system. Under the current social environment and the new health care reform deepening situation, the new higher requirements for hospital＇ s emergency management are put forward to us. We have analyzed the urgency and necessity of the construction of the hospital system＇ s emergency management system in this paper. It is necessary to set up a content and evaluation system of the hospital＇ s emergency management system. In addition,it shows the difficulty which exists in hospital emergency management. We will systematic propose some strategies to overcome these difficulties in this paper.
