摘要
采用冷轧厂酸洗废液为主要原料,通过配加硫酸铜试剂,采用共沉淀的方法,制备出铁铜合金粉末前驱体,确定了优化反应时间及反应温度。结果表明,共沉淀反应所需pH定为10,反应时间为40 min,在此条件下溶液中的Fe、Cu沉淀基本完全;还原温度为800℃,还原时间为30 min。在此工艺条件下生产出来的复合合金粉末的平均粒径5μm左右,粒度分布均匀。用酸洗废液生产复合合金粉的方法是可行的,为其资源化和综合利用提出了新途径。
Iron and copper alloy powder precursor was prepared by coprecipitation method using pickling waste liquor from cold mill as the main raw material and with the addition of copper sulfate reagent,the paper determined the optimization reaction time and reaction temperature.The results showed that the required pH of coprecipitation reaction was 10,the reaction time was 40 min,the Fe,Cu was almost completely precipitated in the solution under above conditions;the reducing temperature was 800 ℃,the reducing time was 30 min,the average particle size of composite alloy powder was around 5 μm under above conditions and the particle size distribution was uniform,so the method of composite alloy powder produced by pickling waste liquor was feasible which puts forward a new way for its recycling and comprehensive utilization.
