摘要
介绍了某厂生产的某套35 kV大电流晶闸管整流控制系统的工作原理,对遇到的故障案例及其对离子膜整流装置造成的影响进行了分析,提出了相关的改进措施。从改进后的运行情况看,该项改进措施有利于提高整个装置运行的安全性和可靠性,对确保整个生产系统的稳定运行起着至关重要的作用。
The paper introduced the working principle of a 35 kV large current thyristor rectifier control system,analyzed the met fault cases and the effects on ion membrane rectifying device,and put forward relevant improvement measures.The improvement measures conducive to improve the safety and reliability of the whole plant operation,and plays a vital role on ensure of the whole production system running from the modified running condition.
