吸水剂对高水塞矿含水及烧结性能影响试验研究

摘要 通过系列正交试验,研究了吸水剂添加对塞拉利昂矿本身物理性能及烧结性能的影响。研究结果表明:塞矿含水14%~16%,矿料易于形成湿粘团状物,吸水剂能够快速吸收矿料表面水分,使湿粘团状物粒度得到改善,堆密度增加。烧结生产中配入吸水剂后,改善了混合料的制粒条件,提升了烧结料层透气性,加速了垂直烧结速度,提升了烧结产量。但由于烧结速度加快,高温区域保温时间势必缩短,从而影响了提升强度液相的生成,造成了烧结矿物理强度的下滑。 Through a series of orthogonal tests, the influence of water absorbent on the physical and sintering properties of Sierra Leone ore was studied. The study results showed that, the water content in Sierra Leone ore was about 14 - 16%, so this mineral aggregate was easy to form the wet sticky lump, and the water absorbent could absorb the water in aggregate Surface to improve the fineness of wet sticky lump, so its bulk density was increased. After the water absorbent was added within sintering production, the granulating condition of mixed material was improved, thus, the air permeability of sintering bed was enhanced, the vertical sintering speed was accelerated, and the sintering quantity was improved. While, because of accelerated sintering speed, the holding time at high temperature region will be shortened, thereby affecting the formation of liquid phase which could increase strength, furthermore leading to the physical strength decline of sintering mineral.
