摘要
利用Gleeble3800热模拟试验机对20CrMoA连续冷却转变行为进行了热模拟试验,研究了20CrMoA在不同冷却条件下的相变规律及转变产物的组织和性能,测定相变点,为20CrMoA钢热处理工艺的优化提供参考依据。
Through using Cleeble 3800 thermal simulation testing machine, the continuous cooling transformation behavior of steel 20CrMoA was studied by thermal simulation tests in the paper, the phase transformation law of steel 20CrMoA under different cooling conditions and the microstructure and property of transmutation product, the determination of phase transformation point were all studied, thus providing a reference for the heat treatment optimization of steel 20CrMoA.
