略论淮安里运河水文化遗产的保护与利用

On Protection and Utilization of Huai'an Canal Cultural Heritage

结合文化遗产保护的工作实践,简要分析水文化遗产保护与利用的现状,并以淮安里运河水文化遗产保护与开发为例,阐述里运河水文化遗产保护工作的困难和问题。针对问题,从推进里运河水文化遗产保护与特色城市建设互动双赢的角度,围绕规划先行、保护优先、特色带动等方面进行思考和探索。

This paper, combining with the practice of cultural heritage protection, briefly analyzes the present condition of water cultural heritage protection and utilization. Taking the canal water culture protection and exploration of Huai＇an as an example, the paper explores the potential and advantage, difficulties and problems of the protection work. In view of the existing problems, the author puts forward some new thoughts and suggestions from the perspective of promoting both the protection of the canal＇s water culture heritage and the construction of characteristic city, focusing on planning first, protecting priority, putting characteristics in motion and so on.
