On the Ethical Dimension of Cultivating Civic Responsibility

责任概念本身的发展是一个历史过程,不同时期责任的内涵具有很大差异性,责任公民教育缘起于当代民主体制下过分宣扬权力公民而带来一系列弊端的反思,责任公民教育中蕴含的存在主义、反人类中心主义等观念对当前出现的人地矛盾、人际矛盾的解决具有重要帮助。基于伦理学的视角阐述责任的意义以及通过对传统家国共同体思想的再定位、责任感的途径培育等,可以使我们在今后实践过程中更加重视把握人文关怀、伦理关照以及生态环境的保护。

The development of responsibility concept is a historical process which has different connotation in different period of time. The responsibility civic education originates in the reflection derived from a series of disadvantages that come from the excessively -advocating power civic under the system of modern democracy. The ideas of existentialism and an -anthropocentrism contained in the responsible citizenship education are of great help to solving the present contradiction between people and land as well as the interpersonal contradiction. The exposition of the responsibility meaning, the relocation of community thinking in traditional country, and the cultivation of sense of responsibility, etc. based on the ethical view will make us attach more importance to humanistic concern, ethic care and ecological environment protection in the practice process in future.
