摘要
为了从不同结构类型的高分子润湿分散剂中筛选出效果较好的分散剂,基于对炭黑的结构、表面化学性质以及絮凝机理分析,采用不同结构类型的高分子润湿分散剂对炭黑的分散效果、储存性以及防浮色发花性进行炭黑研磨分散对比试验。结果表明,两亲活性基团的高分子量嵌段封闭共聚物和不饱和多元羧酸的多元胺聚酰胺结构的润湿分散剂,研磨炭黑色浆效率高,细度下降快,研磨的色浆储存稳定性好,防浮色发花性好。
This paper was carried out contrast experiment using different structure types of wetting dispersant based on the carbon black analysis of structure, surface chemical property and flocculating mechanism. Analyzing the influence of dispersivity, age characteristic, color surface. Results showed that, the wetting dispersant as the block copolymer with dye affinity groups and the multiple amine polyamides with unsaturated carboxylic acid had acquired a good effect.
